Let's ConnectRobert W. Culver joined Landrock in 2025 with over 30 years of real estate experience in client strategy, M&A, corporate finance, and real estate development. Previously, for 22 years, he led new strategy development and capital formation for Security Capital Research & Management, a real estate investment management boutique owned by JPMorgan, and was also a Managing Director for Preferred Growth, a private real estate investment fund managed by Security Capital. Earlier in his career at Security Capital Group, Bob co-founded InterPark, a national parking asset and management company, growing it from start-up to its sale to GE Capital in five years. Bob holds an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he received the American Society of Real Estate Counselors Award and the Brodie Real Estate Mortgage Banking Prize, and was the Teaching Assistant for Dr. Peter Linneman. He earned his BA in English Literature from the University of Michigan. He holds Series 7, 63, and 24 licenses and is the founder of the Yellow House Merit Scholarship at the University of Michigan.
