Josh Kim is a Vice President at Landrock, based in the firm’s Chicago office. He focuses on investment sourcing, execution, and asset management. Before rejoining Landrock, Josh was an Investment Associate at Bain Capital in Boston, where he concentrated on residential and life sciences real estate investments. He began his career as an Asset Management Analyst at Harrison Street, and in 2021 joined WHI Real Estate Partners contributing to a broad range of portfolio investments. Josh earned a B.B.A. in Finance, Real Estate, and Risk Management from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
