Julie A. Heidtke is a Partner and the Chief Operating Officer at Landrock, with responsibilities spanning the firm’s operations, investment processes, and investor services. Julie joined the Landrock family of companies in 2019 initially focused on investor relations, and became a Partner in 2023 with an expanded role in firm operations. Prior to joining WHIREP, she was a Vice President at Klaff Realty, LP, where her responsibilities included both investor relations and asset management of a portfolio of real estate and related investments in Latin America. Earlier in her career, she was a Vice President at FPL Advisory Group, where she led consulting engagements providing executive- and director-compensation advice primarily to publicly-held real estate firms. Julie holds a B.S. in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
